Item was purchased from customer return wholesaler. Item was tested on intake and repaired to working and functional condition if necessary. All items has been tested for basic functionality and confirmed to meet basic functional processes prior to listing in accordance with the following possible limitations. All boards are tested with main pc components (cpu, ram, gpu, m.2 drives, and Sata drives) to ensure that the product sold is functional for everyday use. All peripheral (m.2, data, pcie) connections are fully functional unless otherwise stated. We do not test the affect additional settings in the bios menu have on the functionality of the board and only ensure that the board works using default settings. We only test that the board will load into bios menu and that it recognizes the installed components. Some items may have some minor cosmetic defects but do not affect functionality. Some items may not come with all accessories as new products. Included accessories are shown in pictures and listed below.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The buyer is purchasing this product with the full knowledge that some of the connections and functions may not be operating properly and the buyer accepts the risk that all connections and functions, which are not tested, may not work.
The buyer is responsible for checking that all components they install are compatible with the product and guarantees that they will use components that are compatible with the product, which can be found on the manufacturer’s website. If the buyer does not use the board with compatible components buyer accepts all risk that the board may become damaged for using incompatible components and waives their right of return.
If the buyer wishes to return the item, for any reason, return shipping and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount, and original shipping will not be refunded. This fee will only be waived if the item is found to be not functional AND in the same physical condition as the pictures shown in the listing. The testing of the item will be done after the item has been returned to the seller and the seller will send documentation of basic functionality as is shown in the original description photos and photos of physical condition.
The entering of a offer/offer creates a promise on behalf of the buyer to buy the item for sale to buy the item at the conclusion of the listing. If for any reason the winning buyer wishes to break the agreement at the conclusion of the listing the winner will be required to pay a 10% restocking fee in consideration for releasing the winner from their obligation to complete their obligation under the contract.
The seller reserves all rights to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment of the order for any reason but not limited to, damage of the item after listing, listed item is incorrect, or item was already sold. In the event the seller cancels the order after the completion of the sale the winning buyer will not be responsible for paying any restocking fee.
Winners of sale listings must pay within 72 hours of end of sale or the order may be cancelled with applicable restocking fees at the discretion of the seller. The winner of the sale may contact the seller through messenger if for any reason they need additional time to pay for the item and this may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any agreement to extension for payment period can be ended at any time at the discretion of the seller.
Each section of this agreement is separate and severable from the agreement. If is determined that any section of this agreement is not enforceable, all other sections will remain effective and parties are still required to aoffere by the remaining section of the agreement.
As is required by , they will resolve any disputes that cannot be resolved by the parties. Buyer agrees that in the event is asked to step in, the buyer agrees that the terms of this agreement should be applied in reaching an agreement between the parties.
Buyer agrees that to the extent that this agreement is absent on any issue that may arise, the ruling on such a decision will be fair and will not be arbitrarily decided against the drafter of the agreement.
