Item waspurchased from customer return wholesaler. Item was tested on intake andrepaired to working and functional condition if necessary. All items has beentested for basic functionality and confirmed to meet basic functional processesprior to listing in accordance with the following possible limitations. Allboards are tested with main pc components (cpu, ram, gpu, m.2 drives, and Satadrives) to ensure that the product sold is functional for everyday use. Allperipheral (m.2, data, pcie) connections are fully functional unless otherwisestated. We do not test the affect additional settings in the bios menuhave on the functionality of the board and only ensure that the board worksusing default settings. We only test that the board will load into bios menuand that it recognizes the installed components. Some items may have some minorcosmetic defects but do not affect functionality. Some items may not come withall accessories as new products. Included accessories are shown in pictures andlisted below.

The buyer is responsible for checking that all components they install are compatible with the product and guarantees that they will use components that are compatible with the product, which can be found on the manufacturer?s website. If the buyer does not use the board with manufacturer confirmed compatible components buyer accepts all risk that the board may not work and that the board or components may become damaged and waives their right of return and/or refund.

If the buyer wishes to return the item, for any reason, return shipping and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount, and any shipping charges will be forfeited. This fee will only be waived if the item is found to be not functional AND in the same physical condition as the pictures shown in the listing if the buyer claims that the item is in non-functional condition. The testing of the item will be done after the item has been returned to the seller and the seller will send documentation of basic functionality as is shown in the original description photos and photos of physical condition. If the buyer claims that the item does not match the description, the seller will examine the item upon receiving the return and submit documentation that the item matches the item that was returned using serial number verification to match photos of the item in post compared to the item that was returned. The testing of the item will be done after the item has been returned to the seller and the seller will send documentation of basic functionality as is shown in the original description photos and photos of physical condition.

The entering of a offer is a promise on behalf of the buyer to purchase and complete the transaction at the conclusion of the listing. In the case the listing accepts offers, the seller is inviting potential buyers to submit offers for acceptance. Each section of this agreement is separate and severable from the agreement. The seller does not accept any liability that the buyer incurs due to the purchased item not meeting their expectations as to functionality or condition including but not limited to: lost income, damage to installed components, shipping charges, etc.
