- All non-defective parts are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. All returned products must be 100% complete and returned in the same condition as received.
- New factory sealed items are not eligible for return or refund if the original packaging has been opened.

All non-defective items must be returned to Core 4 Solutions within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product.
