Belt knife sander/grinderhigh quality precision machined aluminum Wheel Set.

Important note to my customers: Before offered for sale, each wheel is tested at 7600 RPM. This speed is however not recommended in knifemaking industry.

All my wheels are equipped with Premium Quality ABEC 3 Ball Bearings.

Set Includes:

·One Drive Wheel 4”OD x 2-1/4” wide convex (domed forimproved tracking): precision machined aluminum. It has a 5/8”bore with 3/16” key way and a set screw.

·One Idle/Trucking Wheel 3” OD x 2-1/4” wide convex. 1/2” ID sealedbearing pressed into pockets. Machined aluminum.

·Two Belt Contact Wheels. 2” OD x 2-1/4”wide flatturned with 1/2” ID pressed sealed bearings. Aluminum machined.


Speed calculation: If your 4\" Drive Wheel rotates at 3450 RPMs,then the belt surface speed is 3613 SFPM (surface feet per minute).

This set shipping weight is about 7 to 8 lb.
