Up for your consideration is a Connecticut River Railroad (C.R.R.R.) Brass Top Bellbottom Railroad Lantern. This lantern is in EXCELLENT condition. Super clean and mint. No rust or repairs, and brass top lid is free of dents. Lantern lid is embossed \"C.R.R.R.\" Lantern underside is marked \"F.O DEWEY CO., BOSTON\". Patented Aug 31, 75. Unmarked globe is either a very dark amber or red. You be the judge based on pictures. Fount is the twist off variety with a glass oil cup. Oil cup is free of chips and cracks. Bellbottom is lined with sharp pegs on the underside. Very interesting. You won\'t be disappointed in this lantern. Super quality, durable, sturdy craftsmanship in such great condition. Insurance is included in this order.
