Thisbeautiful bronze sculpture of a walking swan would be a delight inside or out.

Thistextured stylized bronze has a foundry mark \"ES” and crown on the back ofthe base.

The base ismade of bronze and has no finish to the underside.

This is alimited piece and a real investment.

You arewelcome to collect your purchases from our showroom. However, please do call us first as we wantto ensure that you can receive our full attention.You will need your paypalreceipt and a form of ID, such as a drivers licence.

Dispatches

Our lastdispatches during the week are on Fridays if received before 10.00 am.

Ordersreceived after that will be dispatched on Mondays.

Please notethat there are no dispatches or deliveries during the weekend or on bankholidays.

If you needyour order dispatched urgently, please contact us between 10 - 4 pm to discuss options.

Courier Service

You willreceive a text or an email from the courier company informing you when your parcel will arrive.

With thisservice you can authorise the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour orin a safe place – at your own risk.

If no-one isin to receive your parcel a re delivery will be attempted. It is your responsibility to be in to receiveyour goods.

Whenattempts have been made to deliver your parcel and you are not in, a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Haulage Company

Larger itemswill be delivered by a haulage company on a pallet service, which will bedelivered to the road side by tail lift.

The haulagecompany will contact you directly toagree a delivery date with you.

It is yourresponsibility to be in to receive, check and sign for your goods. Goods MUSTbe checked in front of the driver immediately and sign for ‘in goodcondition’. This is your opportunity toensure you are happy with your order.

If there isan issue please call us before returning any goods.

Note the signature will void a laterclaim for Damage in Transit so it is vital you check your goods right waybefore signing.

Very Important

You MUST bein to receive your goods on the date agreed with the haulage company. If you are not in, you will incur a redelivery fee for the haulage company to re deliver your goods on a specifiedand agreed day.

If there is an issue please PLEASE SIGN DAMAGED as signing will invalidate insurance . Call us before returning any goods with the driver .Notethe signature will void a later claim for Damage in Transit so it is vital you check your goods right way before signing.
