PolicyAll items come with a 7 day warranty from the date of DOA (Date Of Arrival).
Any items that are consumed and or eaten such as Food, health, personal care and cleaning items are not eligible for a return. Unopened or opened.
Furniture and fitness equipment are not eligible for return once the original package is opened.
To return (eligible) items please contact us stating if you would prefer UPS to pick up your package, or print a return label to drop it of at a UPS drop location. Both options are free. A full refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days from when we receive your return.
Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made know to us in writing via e-mail. Please include your user ID in all communication.
If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, a 10% restocking fee is taken out of the amount that is being refunded.
All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials.
