Complete with 2 molded plastic front covers. These covers are interchangeable with the back and attach via vintage velcro! The sign has a base platform molded on the bottom to have it stand alone, but also has hardware attached to allow it to be suspended.

One of the ballast i think is out, but I only had two bulbs, which I will not ship and are not included.
The 2 face panels are in good condition, but have some minor age blemishes indicated in the pictures. The cord is in good condition with no cuts or nicks in the insulator.Comes with the bulb retaining clips.
