This listing is for a Vintage IBM Type 101 Electronic Statistical Machine Plugboard Control Panel.The boards, which appear to be made of Bakelite, Phenolic or similar have \"Type 101\" and 226166 / 226167 printed on them. The tag on the frame reads 908 63258.The printing is just like that on the plugboard shown in the \"IBM Reference Manual: 101 Electronic Statistical Machine\", which is linked to from the Wikipedia page for the IBM 101. That\'s as good as it gets, for identification, because we couldn\'t find a single photograph of a Type 101 plugboard anywhere!It is in good cosmetic condition for its age, with scuffs, scratches or marks. The printing is clean and clear but there are a couple of patches on the underside where the background is dull rather than shiny, as if the top layer has been abraded or flaked off. Please see pics.This is the only one on the market - and possibly the only one for sale anywhere - don\'t let it get away!
