Vintage IBM 305 RAMAC-350 Disk Storage Unit-24" Disk-Historic & Rare:

1 of 50 disks used in the IBM RAMAC 350 Disk Storage Unit. My father was an IBM field engineer beginning in the latter 50's. While moving him to a retirement village and cleaning out the house, I came across this disk. My father is now 89 years old and his memory may not be quite as efficient as that of this disk, however, he probably does retain more information than the disk ever could. He was unable to shed any light on how or when he came to acquire it. I am hoping the proceeds from its' sale will aid in the costs of his care.
For those of you that know everything there is to know about the disk, I would appreciate any information. For those as unskilled as myself, I have provided relevant links to aid in an informed decision and also to provide a valuable history lesson regarding the founding of modern hard
