NEW, NEVER USED!

  • As an OEM, we purchased Soyo motherboards directly from Soyo for our own PC production, supplying state/federal government, schools, corporate and professional users.
  • This board was sent to us as a sample in 1994, but we decided not to use because our existing government contracts were for desktops, not to include multi-processor systems.
  • Pristine example of an early multiprocessor motherboard.
  • For experimentation, collection, or museum.
  • This board was never used, never even tested, and still has not been tested. There is no reason to believe the board has any issues, but is sold as-is with no returns.
  • The original socketed RTC surely has expired, so I inserted a new (2023 production) RTC since I had some in stock (note this chip alone is worth $20). That's the only change made, and the board still has never been powered up. (I can also include the original RTC chip if you request with the order.)
  • Award BIOS, since it hasn't been booted I don't know the version but based on the production date it's probably Award 4.50.
  • Printed copy of full manual included. Original high-resolution scan of the original manual by pclegacy.
