Up for sale is a Factory NEW 320GB Maxtor OneTouch III (ie.,\'3\') External Hard Drive Kit #STM3030040TAB05-RK( Part #9MD3AG-591, UPC#751921029624 ) which uses either FireWire 400 , or USB2 or USB1 Please note : the Maxtor Box is sealed , BUT will probably be opened for shipment ONLY to fit contents in Postal Flat Rate Box to minimize Ship Cost as this is quite heavy ( approx 7 lbs ship weight ) ; the Drive inside is guaranteed to be in absolutely perfectly NEW condition . Also , in order for this to fit in Flat Rate Box , the original Maxtor packaging box may not be included . If you are uncomfortable with this , please do not buy this item !!

Also Please Note : this Maxtor Drive was made in 2007 , before Windows 7 was available . Istill have a couple ofthese drives myself ; I have used them in each version of Windows XP ( all service packs ) , Vista , Windows 7 , Windows 8 , and Windows 10 ; all work perfectly as standard external drives with NTFS system ( which is STILL used in Windows 10 ) ; HOWEVER , the Maxtor application software MAY or MAY NOT work for a computer with Windows newer than Windows XP Service Pack 3 ; sometimes the Program \'Compatibility Wizard\' in newer Windows fixes it and sometimes it does not ; again the drive itself will still work fine as a standard external drive with all Windows versions as far back as Windows XP , but the Maxtor Application software may not work for versions newer than Windows XP ;If you are uncomfortable with this , please do not buy this item !!
