We dispatch all computers within 1 working days after payment being cleared. We offer Free postage and packing only on UK Mainland ( Outside UK mainland please provide us with your address and we give you the best available price).

We provide a 1 months return to base warranty. This covers repair of the machine, labour, parts and replacement where necessary. It does not cover postage costs for repairs.

The warranty does not cover any software problems including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. In the case of any software related problems we will do our best to help you but will not be responsible for repairing the machine.
