- You may return any unopened, unused item shipped by us for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

- If the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned within 30 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), we will provide free return shipping.
- However, if your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage fee plus a restocking fee of 50% at IT Distributors sole discretion.
- Buyer will pay for the return shipping for non-defective items. If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any refund. Substantiated claims of defect, damaged, or "not as described" are eligible to receive waiver of this original shipping fee.
