    What is a Fair-Grade processor?
    Fair grade is defined as having the following blemishes that may and will exceed these requirements.

    1) Chips or damage to the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), larger than .7mm in diameter. (the tip of a mechanical pencil)

    2) Scratches or damage to service of LGA (Land Grid Array)

    3) Heat spreader will have scratches, clamp marks from previous install and have signs of copper showing.
