WARRANTY POLICY

If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Authorization.

Standard Warranty
We provide 6 month warranty on all our refurbished equipment from the order purchase date indicated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranty is provided on all new equipment unless otherwise stated. Warranty for each item sold is provided in every listing.

Extended Warranty
We offer extended limited warranty (at an additional cost) ends 1 year from the order purchase date indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s). Please contact our Customer Service team to extend warranty on your purchased product.

All our entire range of refurbished Desktop PCs and Laptops has been professionally refurbished, tested and repackaged.

Please note that warranty does not cover on the purchased items with the following conditions:

  • Items described "AS IS or “PARTS ONLY" are excluded from any warranty.
  • Defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, operating system errors and compatibility problems
  • Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use and handling, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair and improper installation
  • Consumable parts of the item being sold according to its grading system (e.g. laptop batteries). Batteries are tested for its battery wear level and to hold charge. However, as they are consumed depending on customer’s activities. Batteries will be replaced if it has been found to be in a non-functional condition (i.e. does not hold any charge) and the fault is reported in the first 30 days after purchase.
  • Items damaged in transit.

Please contact us so we can advise you on the return process and RMA number. Return without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to get a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns claims must be pre-arranged. Please contact our Customer Service team via message for a Return Authorization.

Change of Mind Returns
We are happy to accept a change of mind return within 30 days from the order purchase date indicated on your invoice if the item is still kept in the original sealed Retail packaging or in resalable condition. Please send us a message via within 30 days including your invoice number, condition of the item and the reason for return.
We will require you to return the item covering the postage charges. The return item must be in original, sealed and undamaged package. If the item is in resalable condition, but the packaging has been opened or seal broken, we will apply up to 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Returns
All hardware is covered by warranty. Please contact us if you think your item is defective. Should your product be faulty within the warranty period, it will be subject to either of the two procedures below:
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) The buyer must notify us of the DOA issue within 30 days of receiving the item. Customers claiming DOA must return the item in its original condition, with full packaging and a proof of purchase, with NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

2. Standard Warranty Standard Warranty procedure apply for items found defective outside the 30 days DOA period, but within the specified warranty period.
For all hardware within warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model; or refunded if stock is not available at our discretion

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products or conditions:

  • Opened/Used software cannot be returned.
  • Sold As-Is or Parts-Only Items cannot be returned.
  • Product is not in resalable condition:
  • Missing accessories or parts
  • Missing original retail packing
  • Physically damaged (not in original condition) or broken caused by buyer
  • Warranty VOID seal sticker is broken
  • Items damaged in transit

We advise all customers to return products with postage insurance as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged product Returns.

Do you build to order or customized PC & laptop configurations?
If you need memory or hard drive upgrade with specific configuration, we can build to your requirements and provide a custom listing.

Do you build to order or customized server configurations?
Yes we do, if you are in need of a specific server configuration we can quote you on the server and list a custom listing for you. Customized options like number of hard drives, memory, CPU, power supply, network cards, and RAID controllers are available.

What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 6 month warranty on all our products listed on ; sometimes an item will have manufacturer's warranty still applicable in which case the item description will state this.

Do you offer warranty or returns for Untested or Sold As-Is or for Part Only items?
No we do not offer any warranty or returns for these items, please read the item description carefully and make sure you want to purchase as there will be no exceptions.

Are any extended warranty options available?
1 year extended warranty is available on our refurbished PC, laptops and servers. New items with manufacturer warranty may have the option to extend warranty by purchasing manufacturer warranty care pack.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, combine shipping is automatically calculated for most equipment when you purchase multiple items.

What Do I do if I have issues with my item?
Please contact us through first with your issue before opening a dispute. We will try our best to resolve any issues in a reasonable time.

Can I visit your premises to inspect an item?
Yes, please contact us first to make an appointment with us first to inspect any products that we have on . We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Can I know how to return a purchased item?
Yes, please contact us first so we can advise you on the return process and RMA number. Please be informed that:

  • Item must be packed exceptionally well
  • Provide weight and dimensions of package.
  • Advise time and date availability for collection with TNT (it is buyer’s responsibility to have the return package ready for collection. Under any circumstances where collection fails, the buyer will have to arrange their own return or pay for the second collection arrangement)
  • Connote label will be sent to your email via TNT once the collection details have been provided to us. Please stick the label on the return package.
  • If TNT collection is inconvenient for you, you may ship the item with Australian Post Standard Post (or your chosen courier) and we will reimburse the fees to your account.
  • Reimburse of return fees will only be approved if item is deemed faulty
  • Full refund (including shipping fees) will only be approved if item is deemed faulty.

Combined Shipping
We offer discount on purchases of multiple items by combining postage. The discount is provided for both Australia and international shipping.

Local Pickup
Collection of goods is welcome at our store in Wetherill Park NSW. Collection is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. There is no shipping cost for goods picked up at our store. We will send you an updated invoice without shipping cost before you check out.
