"AS-IS" items have no warranty and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Refunds are only provided if a suitable replacement is not available. The buyer must notify GreenTek Solutions in writing (e-mails qualify) of any problem within the documented warranty period to qualify for refund or replacement. GreenTek Solutions is not obligated to offer warranty services beyond the stated warranty period. Return Authorization (RMA) is required for defective product returns. Credit for returned item will be issued after the return of the defective product.
Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has 3 Business Days to ship item to us and provide tracking number via e-mail. GreenTek Solutions does not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer. Items that are damaged while in the buyer's possession, regardless of circumstances, do not qualify for a refund or exchange. In addition, items damaged by improper packaging when returned to GreenTek Solutions will not qualify for refund or exchange.
Items with Warranty: We affix "warranty labels" on all items that have a warranty. Evedince of tampering, removal or broken seal, will VOID the warranty.
Texas buyers and local picked up customers at our office - GreenTek Solutions - will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax. Buyers are required to provide payment within 1 week from sale close, unless other arrangements are made. Late payments may result in order cancellation.

PLEASE do not ask us to reduce the amount of the invoice for customs purposes, because we will not do it. We will only declare items purchased as a commercial sample, nothing else (gift, return, etc.).
Buyer may return defective Goods for replacement or refund (as elected by Seller) within 30 days of purchase. Subject to Seller's reasonable approval, Buyer may return for credit within 30 days of purchase non-defective Goods the sales price of which, together with the sales price of any other non-defective items previously returned to Seller by Buyer, do not exceed 2% of the aggregate sales prices of all non-defective products purchased by Buyer from Seller. Non-defective, special order products are normally not accepted for return; other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in Seller's sole discretion. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number, which is valid for 15 days after the date of issuance, and returns of non-defective normally stocked items in resalable condition will be accepted for credit subject to a restocking charge of no less than 15% of the sales price.
