Asus refurbished motherboard. Repaired board usually have two serial stickers on top of each other, but this comes with only one, plus looks so clean that this is more likely to be a regular new replacement, not a refurb. In any case, great for a replacement part. Still sealed after returning from Asus.
Comes with a fresh cmos battery, included separately.
Please note that this item is motherboard only. No I/O shield, no drivers, no original cardboard box, no manual. What you see is what you get only i.e. the motherboard itself, nothing else.
Also, please note that a BIOS update may be required on motherboards before they accept later model CPUs.
