This laptop was refurbished, laptop was opened and components inside were air dusted clean including heatsink. System was reinstalled to ensure it loaded and works properly and offers a fresh start, it runs a fully updated Windows 8.1 Pro. Windows 10 can be installed upon request. The battery is not present. An original AC adapter will be included. Pictures of actual item, it is in excellent condition, few light dings on cover. This has the attractive metal brush look. This Probook 6570b features 8gb of memory, a 500gb hard drive at 7200rpm, and a fast I7-3520m 2.9Ghz processor that can turbo boost to 3.6Ghz!
