ProblemComputer worked fine until it stopped powering on. No lights display at all, even when plugged in. Tried new battery, but that didn\'t work, which suggests a problem with either the motherboard or internal power. Power cord puts out correct voltage as measured with multi-meter. I also used the multi-meter to make sure the port where it plugs in wasn\'t broken and it appeared to be fine. The problem comes somewhere after that.
What should workWhen last used (before power problem), screen, DVD, RAM, keyboard, Wireless etc worked fine. The case is in great shape. In the pictures, the bottom cover is removed to show that we\'ve removed the hard drive and that the memory is there. The cover is now attached to the laptop so if you\'re looking for a complete case and working monitor, this should work great for you. The computer is not dirty and has been in a house where folks aren\'t smoking so the interior of the laptop is really quite clean. If you have a working motherboard, I believe this should work for you.
BatteryThe battery is included, but it\'s tough to know if it works or not. It was working before the problem, but may have drained to zero since then. There\'s no real way to know. It will be included, but whether it\'s good or not, I don\'t know.
