This item is used and in good working order. Pulled from a working MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012 model. No major dents or cosmetic issues. There are noticeable scratches and nicks on exterior casing, but screen is without scratches and blemishes. Includes LCD, entire metal shell, and CD drive. Motherboard, Battery, & Hardware are NOT included. The pictures you see are of the actual item and show any visible wear.
