This computer was refreshed to 10.9.5 and appears to be  working fine. No CD\'s included

Cosmetically good but does have some normal scuffs, scratches from normal wear and tear. 

Two small cracks near the hinges - common with this model - does not affect functionality.

Included is  computer, charger and  battery (  condition is unknown)  - no  software, manuals or other cables.
