ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI), AMD Ryzen AM4 Motherboard *Please Read*:This board is in usable condition and has been tested thoroughly. During testing and inspection, a number of issues were found:
- There are cosmetic scratches on the plastic I/O cover (above the I/O shield and ports) and the lower m.2 heat sink.
- The BIOS flashback button is broken.
- The WIFI card / module is missing.
- Suspend / sleep does not seem to function- it immediately resumes from sleep; your mileage may vary, as this could be a software issue.
- The two USB 2.0 ports on the back of the motherboard do not function. They provide power, but devices will not communicate with the motherboard. I do not know what hardware issue is causing this behavior; I have not attempted to fix it. All other USB ports work as intended.
- Upon startup, the following warning is displayed: "USB Device Over Current Status Detected !!". This would usually result in the board shutting off after 15 seconds and refusing to function, but thanks to a modified BIOS being installed, the warning is shown and the board boots up and functions properly, but the BIOS cannot be flashed or updated without modifying the new version. Please note that there is not, in fact, an over current condition, and all USB ports supply power as intended.
A modified version of the latest BIOS (3607) has been installed, along with a new CMOS battery. See the above photos for details of its physical condition and flaws. S/N: M9M0KS087409RYF
No original packaging is included.Both m.2 heat sinks, as shown in the images, are included and have unused thermal pads, but no m.2 hardware is included in this sale. No additional parts or accessories not shown in the images are included in this sale. The parts shown are the exact ones you will receive. The motherboard will be carefully packaged after being placed in an anti-static bag.The board will come with the flaws described above; please read the description thoroughly and do not purchase this item if you do not wish the receive a component with the stated issues.
