Packyour unit well in a sturdy box with appropriate padding. It may be returned inthe same box with the same padding so pack it well. Any damage incurred intransit to us is your responsibility so purchase protection accordingly.

What toexpect for repair services: you will be sending us a defective unit for repair.We will use our skills, time & labor to the best of our abilities to effectrepairs on your unit. This price covers our labor for this service and returnshipping if the unit is repaired.

If theunit cannot be repaired you will be charged actual return shipping costs andrefunded for the difference. Please keep in mind that we are not charging you adiagnosis fee or anything else for our free time & labor if your unitcannot be repaired.

Usuallymost units can be repaired without additional parts (Except LCD Screen replacements). However sometimes unitswill require new or used parts to get them functional again. This is a costabove the simple labor price you paid initially. If your unit cannot berepaired we will offer you the following options communicated via messages:

•return the unit & refund you minus actual return shipping costs.

• offeryou pricing for replacement parts new & used (based on availability)

• offeryou pricing for a replacement board (based on availability)

If youchoose to have the defective parts replaced you understand that in some casesparts must be ordered from overseas suppliers and it may take up to 3 weeks ormore to complete repairs. If the repair is not successful you will not becharged for the replacement parts and will be refunded minus return shippingcosts.

If youhave purchased a “repair” service and you send us a unit that has had previousrepair work we will contact you before performing any work. For “upgrade”service purchases work will proceed as normal.

Due tothe complicated nature of these components there may be extenuatingcircumstances not covered above. You will be contacted if such is the case.Please contact us via the message system only.

Warranty:once your unit is repaired we provide a limited 30 day warranty to cover any future issues for the same problem. Refunds areonly issued if your unit cannot be repaired by us initially. Refunds are notissued for the warranty period or warranty claims except as stated in therefund policy under this agreement. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costsfor warranty claims.

Repairtime:unless otherwise indicated in the listing most units can be repaired in 4to 5 business days (LCD Screens 24 Hour turn around). Business days do not include saturday, sunday or holidaysin which the us postal service is closed. Also a business day does not includethe day your unit arrives at our location as it usually arrives at the end ofthe day. Repair times do not include shipping time as that may vary on theservices you choose to purchase.

Communication:as indicated in our listing we only communicate via the message system.That means you have to log into your account and send us a message. We donot communicate by email or other mediums. This is done for several reasons.First we can keep track of everything discussed and agreed to about yourservice or product via logging. Second it protects both parties frommalfeasance on either end as can see the communication flow and enforcetheir policies if needed. There are special circumstances where we willcommunicate by phone but these are rare.
