These mag cards were used back in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s and were part of the first wave of word processors. They held data and could be read and corrected or erased and reused. In a world that was quickly changing, these types of time saving inventions paved the way for computers and data centers. While they didn’t hold much data compared to what we can do now, they were a time and space saver for a lot of businesses and educational institutions. These cards measure approximately 7 1/4” x 3 1/4”. A cool rare piece of early digital history.
This listing is for three variously branded mag cards from our stock. We will have this listing up until they are gone.
