The corded handset DOES NOT WORK and this phone works with speakerphone or Bluetooth or you can get a wired or wireless headset separately. Item is used but in great condition aside from the handset not working.It was removed from an office setting with light use. It has been tested on PoE and reset to factory defaults. Comes with phone, handset and cord (although it doesn't work), and does not include a power supply.
I did try another known working handset and cord and that didn't help. Not sure what the issue is with the handset.
