There is a local pickup fee of $5.00 Canadian Dollars per item.
Due to the current unprecedented situation, the local pick up option will only be offered via curb side pick up. Customers are no longer allowed to enter the building and all entrances are locked.
Our current operating hours are M-F 9am-5:30pm.
When arriving to our store please proceed to the man door and use our wifi and QR code setup to sign in with your smartphone. There will no longer be any form of physical customer / employee interaction.
After you have signed in please proceed to the west side of the building to the loading dock to wait for your items there.

Remote customers:

We ship items within 1-5 days of purchase and have a great track record of safe and fast shipping world wide.
Please be advised CCW has limited staff available and doesn't have the capacity to entertain individual shipping requests.
We do not offer combined shipping. While we may physically combine multiple orders in the same shipment, we do not offer combined shipping cost reductions
There's also no more palletizing option available and we will not be storing items at our facility to be collected until there's enough for a pallet.
All individual emails and complaints about combined shipping or palletizing will result in your account being blocked.
