Local pickups is available at no extra charge - (Please call or email us before you come). Cash ONLY for pickups. Tax must be applied to all local pickups and shipment within California. The Tax is (8.00%) based on the total offer price, shipping, and handling cost.
All Pickups are between 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Weekends are available by request.

RETURN POLICY

Your purchase of the above item comes with a 30-day warranty from date of purchase. If the item you purchase arrives DOA, stops functioning properly within the warranty period, or is significantly different than the one described, you can contact us with your intention to return it within 30 days of receiving it.
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than the ones stated above (DOA, broken, not as described), a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees and re-stocking costs. Original and Return Shipping is not refunded. After 30 days, all sales are final.
All refunds must be approved by a message from us here on and you will be issued RMA #. Any return MUST be sent back in the packaging it was received in, and include ALL accessories, cables, Remotes, Software, etc. the item(s) came with. We record all serial numbers, on items that have them, and these must match upon return.
If the same item is no longer in stock we will refund full payment including shipping.
"As is" items have a no return policy
Return Shipping and Handling is Not Refundable for Non-Defective item and will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS.
