The remote host is missing the patch for the advisory MDKSA-2002:014 (ucd-snmp).

The Oulu University Secure Programming Group (OUSPG) has identified numerous
vulnerabilities in multiple vendor SNMPv1 implementations. These vulnerabilities
may permit unauthorized privileged access, denial of service attacks, or unstable
behaviour.
