An incredible piece of Cold War-era aerospace engineering: an unpopulated Honeywell Ceramic Multi-Chip Module (MCM-C) hybrid substrate board, originating from Honeywell's specialized Defense Systems / Solid State Electronics Center pipeline.Tracing back to a 1990 project lot layout, this co-fired ceramic carrier board features stunning, fully exposed screen-printed 24k gold tracing designed to accommodate up to 16 raw silicon dice for radiation-hardened space or missile guidance systems.Markings on Substrate: Crisply stamped "HONEYWELL INC." along the side structural rail.Factory Case Markings: Retains its highly critical original factory quality-control handwriting: 410-0700-600, Rev C, P90117-2, PL-Lit 16, MCM-A, REJECT.
