Vintage Diamond Multimedia ISA sound card for retro PC systems. This is a genuine period-correct internal audio card designed for DOS/early Windows-era IBM-compatible computers equipped with an ISA expansion slot.

The board is marked FCC ID: K2Y-PRO16 and P/N: 59-6781F-1150 and features an OPTi 82C929A audio controller along with a Crystal CS4248-KL audio codec.
