I have here an Extremely Rare 4" iMP Group Silicon Wafer from I would assume to be the 1980's as the other iMP Wafers I found were from 1988 are from that time.
This is an interesting 4" Silicon Wafer. I found that it is from the iMP Group, but I couldn't find any date information on it. I will try to see if I can look and find any dates again. A very unique wafer.
I have sold a few iMP Wafers already, and have a number left. Each of them are a bit different but overall look to be some sort of sensor.

This Wafer was one of many that I have in my collection that I was told belonged to someone From "CVD Systems" which I assume is "CVD Equipment Corp" which is a manufacturer of equipment such as Silicon Wafers, that Xerox had possibly contracted with, to get their Wafers made. I had thought maybe this was from a Xerox Employee, as the first 2 Wafers were from Xerox, but a few others don't seem to be Xerox. I'm unsure fully as the details are hard to find on some wafers. I assume what the seller told me is correct, and CVD Equipment Corp seems to be the best HardCarrier . The last number of images is showing all of the Wafers together that in came in this Carrier)This Wafer comes from a very large collection I had purchased from an Estate of an Old Engineer.
This includes these Xerox well as these Intersil these unknown iMP Group Company A Company "Mons" Company SIL1 Company Gold Company Silver to offers.

NOTE2: Handling time is set to 10 days because I normally end up having buyers who want more than 1 item, so a few days can go by before the full transaction is completed; however, the handling time set for each item has to be obeyed or else penalties happen to me, so I set the handling time to a time that shouldn't cause problems. I have been recently notified(10/24/22) that some buyers are concerned about the long handling times so I want to make everyone completely aware of the situation.
After THE FULL Transaction is complete(the buyer is done choosing listings to purchase, and ready for shipment), I normally try to ship the day of completion or the next day(depending if transaction completion happens early enough in the day and on a weekday), but 2-3 regular days(not business days) would be the maximum handling time. I do not want buyers to have to wait for their product after purchase, I just want to make sure buyers have selected everything they want to purchase, before I ship, as most of my buyers thus far have wanted more than 1 item, while at the same time make sure I do not get penalized, because even if a buyer is okay with waiting, I have to obey the times set by the site.
