Detailed Explanation for this Vulnerability Assessment

The remote Catalyst is vulnerable to password bypass vulnerability. Basically,
a possible hacker who has a command line access may gain the 'enable' rights
without having to know the right password, which would permit him to reconfigure
this host remotely.
