Detailed Explanation for this Vulnerability Assessment

The remote VPN concentrator is subject to an ISAKMP
package processing vulnerability. Malformed or a
very large number of ISAKMP packets might cause a reload
of the concentrator. The vulnerability is aggravated if debug
is turned on.
