Detailed Explanation for this Vulnerability Assessment

The CGI 'build.cgi' is installed. This CGI has
a well documented security flaw that lets a possible hacker obtain
the password of the remote AdCycle database or delete
databases.

Solution : remove it from /cgi-bin.
