Power supply had a bad 9VAC output. So, while device would show a power LED, it wouldn't do anything. Keyboard PCB was destroyed (trying to pry case open w/out removing screws?) and the wires were all cut. Not sure what happened here, but needs a new keyboard PCB. Mainboard itself seems fine after trying a different power supply. 2 keycaps came off in transit. I found the spring for one, but not the other.
