My experience with this particular transaction was very mixed, thus why I rated my overall experience as neutral. The biggest issue was actually with the shipping, in that for a very long time there was no progress when looking at the tracking. The item was shipped two days after purchasing. After waiting for generous amount of time, I finally reported it as not delivered, and after a time did receive a refund. Messages regarding the non-delivery were matter of fact in nature.
