They claimed the buyer asked to cancel the order, when asked about this they canceled because the item did not meet quality standards. They further claim that the new posting for the same product was a higher grade. The original was posted as “open box” which should be "new" not used, b or c grade. When contacting the seller, they made these excuses but did not rectify.
