Vintage late-1970s 32K Static RAM Memory board for an S-100 bus computer.Board is marked “32K STATIC RAM MEMORY” and CS-765A. It is heavily populated with period Fujitsu MBM4044NL ceramic static RAM ICs carrying 7914 date codes, along with TTL logic and a large heatsink/regulator assembly.Excellent example of early S-100 computer memory hardware from the Altair/IMSAI/Sol era.Also retains an old serial/warranty label marked SN131279.Board shows age-related dust and cosmetic wear as pictured. Gold edge contacts appear intact. I have not tested the board in an S-100 system, so it is being sold untested and as-is.Please review all photos closely for exact configuration and condition. A fantastic display, restoration, spare-parts, or period-correct memory board for an early microcomputer collection.
