This power supply is new out of box. Unit is in excellent condition - no damage (see pictures). Pictures are of the actual item and only what is pictured is incldued in sale.

Returns

If there is a problem with the item, the full purchase price will be refunded to the buyer within five business days following receipt and inspection of return. ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION RECEIVED BY THE BUYER FOR A FULL REFUND. If the item is not in original condition received - i.e. opened if originally new and sealed when received, or shows significant use if originally new opened condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the full purchase price. This is determined at our discretion upon receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing.

NOTE: Items returned missing parts or damaged will NOT receive a full refund. The value of the damaged or missing item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

For returned non-defective items that were not free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. (Example: if the item sold for $30 and cost us $10 to ship to you, your refund will be $20.)

We use UPS and USPS for shipping, at our discretion. Tracking information is sent automatically through when we purchase a shipping label.
