Had to offload this as a repair project. Seems when I removed this CPU from my motherboard i noticed a bunch of pins were melted together likely do to this one part of the chip that over heats too much. Pictures two and three shows the motherboard pins that melted and the part of the cpu that melted them.

Bare in mind that this is being sold as is as a repair project. Its not meant for immediate use. I suspect the cpu will boot up with the motherboard, but it will not last if it does since the pins in the section I point out with my screwdriver would likely melt.
