All computer parts are shipped with a 14-day non-DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty, if any item is received and DOA than we can offer a replacement (if available) or refund, whichever option the buyer prefers. If the buyer purchased an item by mistake that item may be returned and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

If an item is sold "AS IS" under the "for parts or not working" condition than refunds will NOT be accepted unless otherwise specified in the description.
