No COAmeans that the unit for sale does notcontain the COA or Product Key needed to load an Operating System on the PC.Buyer is responsible for everything needed (COA and Install Disk) to load anOperating System on the unit.

If a PC (laptop and/orDesktop) reads\"Hardrive Error\"\"Media NotFound\"or\"No Bootable Device Found\"typeof message on the screen.. this is not a defect in the unit. It means anOperating System needs to be loaded on the unit. Our units are sold/shippedwith a completely clean/wiped Hardrive so the unit will give this kind ofmessage until an OS is loaded.

IF AT ANY TIMEWEDECIDETO ACCEPT A RETURN (AS A COURTESY) THAT IS OUTSIDE OUR WARRANTY DESCRIPTIONTHERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BEREFUNDED.
