There is no power supply, no processor, and no graphics card. Those items were removed. The power cord was also removed as I considered it incidental to the power supply. Nothing else was removed.

Please be sure to make sure that whatever you are adding to the R12 is compatible with it. I have heard that Dell is picky about the GPUs. You may wish to do some googling about GPU compatibility with Alienware R12s.

The CPU was originally an i5-11400f, and that is socket FCLGA1200.

Instructions for warranty transfer: If you want to transfer the Dell warranty to you, google \"Dell warranty transfer page\" and you will find the Dell warranty transfer page. The only information of mine that Dell requires to transfer the warranty is my name, the original shipped to zip code, and the Dell service tag number. This information will be on the shipping label (return address) and also on another label on the box. Please wait until you are satisfied with your purchase before transferring the warranty because if you have to send it back for whatever reason (e.g. damaged during shipment) then it the warranty has to transfer back also.

Parcel select preferred. If the cost difference between parcel select and priority mail is less than $5 dollars, I will upgrade the shipping to priority mail for free. It is usually about the same in my experience. Please be aware that if you\'re on an island (e.g. Hawaii, Puerto Rico) then parcel select might not work right. You may also choose priority mail, but doesn\'t calculate it right sometimes.

The computer will ship in the same packaging I received it in. I will tape the box closed and tape the new shipping label on top of the old shipping label.
