I used MANY articles/videos/references from Create.Pro and others to choose only the best parts I could to max out this machine for video the Samsung SSD, its boots insanely fast (you'll be shocked how fast).System Specs:- Mac Pro 5,1 Mid 2012- 2x 2.4GHz 6 Core Intel Xeon Processors (12 Total)- Mac OS X High Sierra 10.13.6Upgrades Include:- 512GB Samsung SM951 SSD on an Angelbird PCIE controller (see BM Disk Speed Test photo of over 1300MBs Read and Write!!!)- EVGA GTX 1070ti 8GB Graphics Card (the best graphics card you can put in it without modifying the power supply) (currently selling for over $500 by itself.- 64GB OWC 1333 DDR3 Memory- USB 3.0 PCIE controller - (also added a 7 port USB 3.0 hub to the top for easy access)- 4: 3TB Hard Drives - 12TB Total - (currently configured as 2: 6TB RAIDS)
The tower is in great shape, but there are a few noticeable blemishes that are cosmetic only (see photos)
