Offered this wonderful working 3 band 6 tube Zenith 6S222 \"cube\" radio.
The cabinet has been completely refinished to the near piano like appearance.
New period grill cloth.
New bottom feet and chassis pads.
Original shiny beautiful wooden \"lightning bolt\" knobs.
Clear dial glass.
New power cord, pilot light bulbs and dial belt.
The chassis was completely refurbished with all out of tolerance parts replaced. Recapped.
The radio, with antenna attached (not included) operates great on all 3 bands with proper tracking across the dial. All controls operate smooth, w/o scratching noise.
Great operational radio.
Potential buyer must realize, that, as with all vintage electronic devices, this item must not be used on the regular basis and being offered as for display only.
