NEAR MINT1935 ART DECO ZENITH MODEL 812 / TOTALLY ART DECO

This ArtDeco \"ZENITH\" vintage radio is considered by many to be the mostsought-after and collectible vintage radio ever manufactured.

Exhibited in manymuseums throughout the world. This model 812 was created only for export, thecabinet is identical to the 811 model.

It is aVERY RARE wooden table top tombstone radio from 1935 by Zenith.

There areonly a handful of these known to exist. They are less plentiful than the Waltontombstone sets. This example is in near mint condition,The case varnish has been restored by a professional using the ancient and original methods and varnishes. The result is super-EXCELLENT as the photos with a really beautiful appearance.He wantedto make sure that I mentioned that this set has a fantastic han-rubbed lacquerfinish.

The chassis is totally original but the electronic has been restoredand are been replaced all the elements that were damaged. the result that picks several up station strongly with aclear sound with an external antenna.

The speaker is the original, and worksperfect. / original knob / The speaker cloth has been replaced by another similar to the original of the years 30s era.

It is inexcellent working order AC, BC with 110 or 125 volts.
