This beautiful Bracelet hails from the great Georgian Era and is a gorgeous piece. Jewelry from this far back unfortunately has not survived in good quantities until today.

The matching necklace isbeingsold in aseparatesale, please view our otheritemsfor sale!

This beautiful bracelet is a one of a kind handmade masterpiece! This luckily came into herpossession mixed in a scrap lot that was destined for the melting pots, however we saved this one of a kind treasure and piece of history!

This bracelet and the necklace feature gorgeous handcrafted silver work throughout, based on the type of silver work and the XRF-Gun shot of the metal content we can determine this was made well before Electrolytic Refining was invented during the late Victorian Period.

Based on the style and extensive research on the styles of the period we have determined this is what\'s called a Court Bracelet as well as the necklace. This piece would of been completely made from hand for a very important figure in European Court handlings, for all we know, a King, the quality is as such.

The detail depicts a religious influence, maybe Catholic or French/Spanish Court. The bracelet includes hand carved cross figured on each link. That flows down to hand crafted Repousse hammered hollow beads that hang off the bracelet.

The clasp is very ornate as well including carved crosses and the old time Hammer screw in clasp that was invented during the 1600\'s.

Please for a second just try to imagine this being worn in Court Proceedings during the 1600\'s-1700\'s. If your looking for a once in a lifetime find, well look no further, how often does European Court jewelry hit the open market, this type of jewelry is reserved for Museum\'s such as \"The Louvre\". Don\'t miss your chance to own this piece of history!

The bracelet measures 8.25\" by 3/4\" wide.

This is a museum quality piece that is sure to catch the attention of anybody that see\'s it. When do you find a 150+ year old piece.

YES! Always

*Due to the age of some of these pieces some items will not be stamped. The National Stamping Act was not enacted until 1906, before 1906 jewelry was not legally required to have a karat mark. This is one way to date items prior to the Art Nouveau time period.

XRF-Spectrometer Gun:All of our jewelry is verified and guaranteed though an x-ray florescent-spectrometer test. This test conducts and determines the exact alloy content within the metal without damaging the piece like scratch and acid testing. Please be aware if you take an item to be tested by a jeweler, jewelers use scratch testing and electronic testing. These methods are only accurate 50% of the time, these are cheap, ineffective, and damaging ways to test to gold purity of an item. The XRF requires specialized training in order to correctly read the results. This is a $25,000 piece of equipment and is extremely accurate. Rest assured that what you are receiving is 100% accurate.

Returns:No questions asked, no hassle, 14 days money back, buyer pays return shipping. Item(s) must be sent back in original condition. We are happy to assist your return postage if we made a gross error. If you plan to take your item to a jeweler please visit one with a specialized field in estate jewelry. Most jewelry stores work with new/modern designs and on rare occasion are asked about vintage items. Chain jewelers are NOT a reliable source to date a piece of jewelry unless they are specialized with estate items. Aumia sees more antique and vintage jewelry pieces in one day than the average jeweler sees in years. Please take your time to find a qualified, and reputable antique dealer if you would like a second opinion.

Payment:PayPal only. Payment must be received by the 3rdday of the closing sale date. Buyers with unpaid item cases will be blocked from future transactions with us. We are happy to accommodate extra time if needed; however, the buyer is required to ask of this prior to offerding. If payment is made on a Friday, the package will be mailed out the following Monday.

International Buyers:USPS Priority mail insured. Shipped from the Global shipping program or through Aumia with selected countries only. We do not undervalue items or mark them as “gifts.” Buyers responsibility to know import custom duties/taxes. These are not included with the shipping price.

About us: Chris and Alexis. We started out in the jewelry business knowing individuals who were in the smelting business. As we watched these smelters melting new, vintage, & antique 100+ year old jewelry for the metal value, we cringed!! We thought that there must be a way to save this special and once in a lifetime type of jewelry instead of melting these wonderful items.Well....the bright idea of selling these beautiful items smacked us in the face!We started buying small items such as rings, bracelets and necklaces from these smelters and selling these items to wonderful people who would appreciate them and cherish them for a lifetime.

After starting out small time, we started to go to Antique shops, estate sales, estate buy outs, smelters, sales, coin shows, or just about anywhere possible we could get our hands on these wonderful and beautiful jewelry items! We started to set up at trade shows and other events to sell to people. We eventually phased out the trade show atmosphere and started selling jewelry on ! I\'m glad we did, you can get just as much interaction with people over the internet as you can face to face. We love all of our customers and love the quick messages anybody likes to send our way! After starting to sell jewelry on we started our business called Aumia Gold & Silver Jewelry And Collectibles LLC, \"Aumia\" Is Golden Lady in Latin. We try to offer a variety of jewelry from Rings, Necklaces, Pendants, Brooch\'s, Gold & Silver. We also offer Native American Jewelry, Art Deco Jewelry, Victorian Jewelry, Antique Chinese Jewelry and so much more! We try to post a mix of each variety every week.

We found our niche! The success on has made this into our full time job. Because of our great loyal customers and new ones every day you are helping us provide our future and the large contributions we donate to our Rotary club to help eradicate polio and create women empowerment projects in Nepal. We both heavily believe in helping others and creating wonderful new opportunities internationally and domestically. Aumia has provided us our future and love towards our passion. We can’t see ourselves doing anything else. It is something new every day. We treat people with theutmostrespect and customer service is our main priority. There are always goofy stories about us but too much for an listing. We hope we have given you some insight to who we are and our passion for this industry. Check our page for more fun information!
