The second such trumpet I have offered this month, this beauty is in great shape. Satin finish, with an extensive, full bell engraving.
This is actually an important trumpet design, as it is quite similar to the Martin Handcraft Imperial, and Committee models that would follow about 25 years after this instrument was first introduced. This Columbia shares two important features with the Committee; the reversed tuning slide, and a generous taper in the tuning slide, making it a dual bore. As well, there is no bell to body brace in front of the valve cluster, so the bell is free to resonate.
Comes with its original case, which is in serviceable condition.
Call Randy at 514-862-2613 for more information on this or any other item I am offering.
