1953 American Flyer/Gilbert \"Trainorama\" large boxed 3-dimensional background scenery set #790 for your toy trains. The set is made of beautifully illustrated heavy cardboard pieces that form a 9-foot long display featuring rolling hills, buildings, mine, power plant, mountain cabins, farm, and more. When the entire scenery is put together it has a 3D look because of the various pieces that are set in front while others are set in the back drop. It appears to be complete with very little use and includes the instructions. A solid excellent condition set that I believe was only produced in 1953. The box is vg/ex condition with wear on both end flaps-graphics nice and bright. A well above average example for this elusive issue. See photos above. Postage is according to state in USA.
